What this website collects

When you request an estimate, T.C.O.E.O. Construction LLC receives the information you enter, such as your name, phone number, email address, project location, project details, budget or timing selections, preferred contact method, and any photographs you choose to upload. If you include a deck concept, its bounded dimensions, material, layout, home-opening, grade, ground-context choices, and generated concept-plan file become part of that private request.

A successful request also creates a separate private project-status access code. The original code is shown in the browser receipt; the project record stores only a one-way verification hash. A status check sends the project reference and access code in a private request body, not in the page address. The public response is limited to the reference, a bounded project stage, update time, and any short customer-facing note deliberately published by T.C.O.E.O.

If you choose the paid concept-plan download, the site records the structured plan, a local purchase reference, the fixed product/price/amount/currency, Stripe Checkout Session and payment status references, fulfillment times, and private PDF metadata. Stripe may separately collect contact and payment information needed to process the transaction. The website may also record limited technical and source information needed to operate and protect these services, such as the page used, referral or campaign tags, submission time, a protected network identifier, and security-check results.

How the information is used

Information is used to review requested work, contact you, prepare or discuss a scope, provide a bounded project-care status, generate or deliver a requested concept-plan PDF, verify payment, maintain project, transaction, accounting, and dispute records, understand which outreach brings legitimate inquiries, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot the website.

T.C.O.E.O. does not sell estimate-request or concept-plan information. Customer-uploaded photographs and generated plans are for private project review or controlled delivery and are not added to the public portfolio without separate permission.

Storage and service providers

The website uses Cloudflare services to deliver the site, process requests, store lead and payment-reference records, store uploaded files and generated PDFs privately, filter automated abuse, and support operational measurements. Stripe hosts Checkout and processes payments. Email providers may process notification messages sent to the business. Those providers handle information under their own terms and security practices.

The estimate form may save an unfinished project draft in this browser's local storage so you can continue after a refresh. That draft can include the selected project type, timing, budget range, preferred contact method, written project details, and a structured deck plan. It does not include your name, phone number, email address, project location, photographs, consent choices, or security token. Use the form's Clear project draft button, or clear this browser's site data, to remove it.

The Deck Builder separately saves only its bounded structured planning choices and a save time in this browser's local storage after a change. It does not save contact details, a project address, free text, photographs, consent, security tokens, Stripe Session IDs, or payment data. Its Reset & clear draft control removes that browser draft without changing a plan already applied to the estimate form.

The free on-screen deck preview is visibly watermarked but can still be viewed, captured, or modified in the visitor's browser; screenshots cannot be technically prevented. The clean PDF download endpoint independently checks the matching payment and private record before serving an unwatermarked, print-ready file. No internet service can promise perfect security. T.C.O.E.O. limits public access to intake and transaction data and keeps public website assets separate from customer-uploaded and generated project files.

Website measurements

The site can record first-party, PII-free conversion events in its private Cloudflare-hosted records, such as a page view, service or project-story visit, workmanship-detail interaction, planning-tool or deck-builder milestone, local-draft restore or clear action, estimate-button click, receipt action, successful form submission, or whether a project-status attempt matched. Project-story, draft, receipt, and status events use fixed labels or bounded internal identifiers. Status-attempt measurements store a protected network identifier for rate limiting but do not store the project reference or access code. Deck-builder events use fixed labels and do not record the dimensions, materials, features, site context, drawing, or planning brief selected. These events are designed not to include names, phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses, free-text project descriptions, budget selections, filenames, or uploaded photographs.

Cloudflare Web Analytics may separately provide aggregate visit and performance measurements, and Cloudflare client-side script monitoring may identify scripts loaded by the site so unexpected changes can be investigated. Aggregate page views and first-party conversion counts measure different activity and are not combined into one total. These operational tools are not combined with estimate-request details to build advertising profiles.

Retention and your choices

Estimate, project, concept-plan, and payment-reference records are retained for legitimate business, safety, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, and follow-up needs, then removed or de-identified when they are no longer reasonably needed. Timing can vary with the project, transaction, and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted. Some records may need to be kept when required for an active project or transaction, refund or dispute, accounting duty, legal obligation, security investigation, or legitimate dispute. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored by this website.
